Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and payments

• Reservations are made online via the website or by email at info@tuscanybackroads.it.

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking using the available methods.

2. Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation within 5 days of tour date: 100% refund.

• Cancellation between 4 and 3 days before the tour date: 50% refund.

• Cancellation made 2 days or less before the tour date: no refund.

• To request a cancellation, please email info@tuscanybackroads.it.

• You can change the date or time of your tour up to 5 days before the scheduled date.

3. Bad weather and safety

• In the event of adverse weather conditions, Tuscany Backroads may cancel the tour to ensure the participants' safety.

• Alternative dates or times will be offered.

• If a new date can't be agreed upon, a voucher of equal value will be provided, valid for a future booking.

• Gift Vouchers remain valid until the expiration date listed.

4. Liability

• Tuscany Backroads is not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use of the equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

• Participants are required to follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Tuscany Backroads reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately.
