Who can take the tour?

The tour is suitable for everyone ages 6 and up. To drive the quad, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Class B driver's license.

Comfortable, weather-suitable attire is recommended; long pants are preferable.

Dress for the season. A mask or neck warmer is advised for dust protection.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

If you've made a reservation and the weather conditions aren't suitable for safely carrying out the activity, we'll offer an alternative date or time for the tour. You can choose whether or not to accept these options. If you're unable to reschedule, we'll issue a voucher for the full amount you paid. If you've set a date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather prevents the activity from taking place, the Voucher will remain valid until its original expiration date.

Safety first

In the event of adverse weather conditions, your safety is our top priority. If conditions affect the tour's ability to run, it will be canceled. In such circumstances, we will offer alternative dates and times so participants can enjoy the experience at a more favorable time.

If we are unable to agree on a new date, a voucher for the full amount paid will be provided, which can be used for a future tour.
